It may be pleased noted that as per regulation 15(2) of SEBI(LODR), 2015 the compliance with the corporate governance provision as specified in Regulation 17 to 27 and Reg 46(2)(b)(i) shall not apply to in respect of the listed entity which has listed its securities on the SME Exchange.\r\nHence our company is not required to submit related party disclosures as required under Reg 23(9)of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015
